Job Overview Position at Gateway Casinos– Part‑time (Permanent). Starting wage: $17.60 per hour. This role involves maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the casino facility and providing excellent customer service in a clean environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform cleaning and sanitation activities for public and employee areas.

Clean building floors, furniture, fixtures and any equipment.

Service, clean, and provide supplies to restrooms.

Practice safe work procedures and health and safety policies to ensure a safe and hazard‑free environment.

Report any maintenance or safety issues.

What You Bring

A secondary school diploma or comparable combination of equivalent working experience and education.

Experience in the related field of one (1) or more years.

Proven high level of customer service.

Organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.

The ability to work evenings, weekends and shift work.

Ability to lift, push, pull and move cleaning equipment and supplies.

Good physical fitness to maintain a constant pace of manual work.

General knowledge of cleanliness and sanitation.

The ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
