In your position reporting to the HR Manager, you'll be instrumental in aligning HR policies with operational priorities while leading various HR initiatives. This senior-level role requires a deep understanding of HR functions and the ability to foster strong relationships across departments for effective personnel management and engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:• Provide proactive HR support to department leaders • Facilitate change management and workforce planning initiatives • Lead job description processes to align with standards • Conduct training and performance management support • Analyze HR metrics to drive strategic decisions
Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related fields • At least six years of progressive HR experience • A minimum of three years in HR Business Partner roles • Experience in organizational change management • Understanding of Tribal Government and casino operations is a plus
