Bus 67 stops outside our home. Five minute walk to all amenities including a shopping mall with a large supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, banks, grocery stores, etc.his semi-basement apartment has its own bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen (both shared only by guests staying in the same apt.), small living/dining room area, laundry facilities and unlimited WiFi. Please note that this stay does not include breakfast or any meals. However, in this basement apartment, there is a fully functional kitchen with a fridge and stove where you can store and cook your own food. Regarding payments: If your arrival date is more than 1 week away from today, following your booking through Homestay.com, we will also require a deposit which will be taken off your last month's rent.his is required because the amount you pay to Homestay is only their service fee which they keep and we have no guarantee you will actually rent the room.
