Landscape Labourer (Scarborough)

Job Summary Empire Property Services is seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and will assist with landscape maintenance and property care for residential and commercial clients. This role involves physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions and offers the opportunity to grow your skills while helping create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces across the GTA. Key Responsibilities - Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming/edging, planting, mulching, pruning, and soil preparation - Operate power tools (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) and hand tools safely and efficiently - Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and waste disposal to keep job sites tidy - Support gardening and hardscaping activities as needed - Load and unload materials and equipment from company vehicles - Follow all safety protocols and company procedures at all times Requirements - Minimum 2 years of skilled landscaping experience (required – this is a dealbreaker) - Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, digging, bending, and standing for long periods - Knowledge of basic landscape maintenance practices and tools - Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail - Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain) - Valid Ontario G-Class Driver’s Licence is an asset (not required) - Must be able to reliably meet up near Eglinton Square Shopping Centre (Eglinton Ave E & Victoria Park Ave, Scarborough) for daily job site dispatch or team meetups What We Offer - Hourly wage of $20.00 – $24.00 per hour, based on experience - Full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities available - Hands-on experience with a growing GTA property services company - Opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial properties - Supportive team environment with room for advancement Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal Experience: - Landscaping: 2 years (required) Work Location: In person (GTA properties, with daily team meetup near Eglinton Square Shopping Centre, Scarborough) Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 44 per week Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2nxvf5
