Our main products include: - PVC decking - Composite decking - Composite fencing - Artificial turf Additional products include: - Stone tiles - Pergolas - Weed barrier fabric We are expanding contractor outreach early in the season and are seeking an in-office caller to help contact contractors and introduce our products. Job Summary We are hiring an in-person Inside Sales Caller to contact contractors using company-provided lead lists. The main responsibility is making outbound calls to introduce Tenboc products and identify interested contractors. This is a straightforward role focused on calling prospects, briefly presenting product advantages, and generating interest for follow-up sales. Ideal for someone with strong English communication skills who is comfortable speaking on the phone. We are looking to hire quickly. Work Schedule Monday to Friday 4 hour shift + 30 minute unpaid break In person only Responsibilities - Call contractors using provided contact lists - Introduce Tenboc products and pricing advantages - Identify contractors interested in decking, fencing, or turf supply - Record call results and contact notes - Pass interested prospects to the sales team - Follow call scripts and outreach structure - Maintain skilled phone communication - Make a high volume of outbound calls daily Primary focus is reaching as many relevant contractors as possible.
