Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating embroidery machines to produce high-quality custom designs on various textiles. Responsibilities Set up and operate embroidery machines according to design specifications and production schedules Load fabrics, thread colors, and design files accurately to ensure quality output Monitor machine operation throughout production runs, making adjustments as needed Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on embroidery equipment to minimize downtime Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring designs are correctly embroidered without defects Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines Experience Previous experience operating embroidery machines is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Manufacturing or warehouse experience is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with industrial equipment and safety protocols Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify quality issues promptly Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and craftsmanship Basic mechanical skills are a plus, along with the willingness to learn new techniques and procedures Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour Benefits Casual dress On-site parking Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ojhhv
