Customer Service & Sales Support Representative (Scarborough)

We Offer - Full-time position with a minimum of five (5) shifts per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and occasional Saturday shifts (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM) based on business needs - Guaranteed base pay of $18.50–$20.00 per hour plus spiffs/incentives - Growth and development opportunities - Entry-level opportunity with fully paid training - A casual, supportive, and collaborative workplace where team members work together, help one another succeed, and are respected and valued - No cold calling — this role focuses on maintaining relationships with existing and referred customers Qualifications - High School Diploma - Strong communication and customer service skills - Genuine eagerness to help customers with professionalism, care, and diplomacy - Exceptionally polite, friendly, and courteous - Strong listening skills with the ability to remain calm and composed when assisting customers - Quick learner with a positive attitude and strong work ethic - Strong attention to detail with effective verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities - Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Location Located in central Scarborough near Midland and Ellesmere, with easy access to Highway 401, TTC transit, and walking distance to Ellesmere Station. Close to Midland Station and Scarborough Centre. Responsibilities - Sell and refill orders related to the air and water filtration industry - Process orders for new and existing customers - Manage customer correspondence through our CRM platform - Monitor customer accounts, reminders, re-orders, and follow-ups - Provide data and reporting support to the sales team - Track and work toward sales targets - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls - Availability for occasional Saturdays About Us Founded in 2001, Envirofilters is backed by over 35 years of skilled HVAC experience.
