The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions within a busy office workplace. This role requires strong computer skills, familiarity with medical office procedures, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Prior experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace is highly desirable.
