Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production processes. This role offers an opportunity to work in a agile environment where safety, precision, and productivity are prioritized. Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings is highly desirable. Duties Set up, operate, and monitor various manufacturing machines to produce quality products. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functioning. Adjust machine settings as needed to meet production specifications. Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and escalate complex problems to maintenance personnel. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area to promote a safe working environment. Record production data accurately and report any discrepancies or malfunctions. Assist with loading and unloading materials as required within the warehouse or production floor. Requirements Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations is preferred. Ability to operate industrial machinery safely and efficiently. Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards. Able to work in overtime when necessary. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications related to machinery operation are a plus.
