Retail Store Manager (Scarborough)

Signalix Inc. is an Authorized Dealer of Freedom Mobile, and we are currently looking for a motivated and results-driven Store Leader to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with telecommunication retail experience who enjoys sales, leadership, and delivering excellent customer service in a rapid-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities - Lead day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures - Drive sales performance and contribute to achieving store goals - Coach and support team members to deliver strong customer experiences - Provide professional and solution-focused customer service - Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and inventory organization - Process transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures - Support onboarding and training of new team members as needed Qualifications & Experience - Required: Previous telecommunication retail experience (Freedom Mobile, Rogers, Bell, Telus, or similar wireless retail environment) - Experience in a retail leadership role such as Team Lead, Assistant Manager, or Store Supervisor preferred - Robust communication and interpersonal skills - Sales-focused with the ability to work toward targets in a retail environment - Comfortable using POS systems and retail tools - Strong customer service and problem-solving skills What We Offer - Competitive hourly compensation plus performance-based incentives - Ongoing training and development opportunities - Career growth opportunities within the organization - Supportive and team-oriented work environment We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only selected candidates will be contacted for an interview.
