: Job Title: Customer Service Agent - Job Type: Full-Time | 3 months contract - Location: Toronto, Remote - Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM) - Compensation: $19/hr Position Overview We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers ensuring a positive experience while resolving inquiries efficiently and accurately. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels - Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures. - Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner. - Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system. - Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary. - Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction. - Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge. - Meet or exceed established performance metrics (quality, productivity, response time). Mandatory Requirements - Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience (call center experience is an asset). - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in a call center or high-volume customer support environment. - Experience using ticketing systems or customer support software. - Post-secondary education in business, communications, or a related field (asset).
