Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Marketing Manager to lead our online sales initiatives and digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and optimize our e-commerce platform. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO best practices, and web development skills to enhance our online presence and sales performance. The E-Commerce Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s digital footprint while ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities - Develop and implement effective e-commerce marketing strategies to increase online sales and brand visibility. - Manage and optimize product listings, content, and promotional campaigns across various platforms including WordPress and social media channels. - Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic. - Create compelling visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design principles to enhance product pages and marketing materials. - Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and other digital platforms to maximize ROI. - Utilize Google Analytics, SQL, and other analytics tools to monitor website performance, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness; adjust strategies accordingly. - Oversee email marketing campaigns to engage customers and promote new products or sales events. - Collaborate with web developers to update website features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ensuring an optimal user experience. - Perform ongoing keyword research to identify new opportunities for growth in search rankings. - Stay current with the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and industry best practices. Experience - Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles with a focus on online retail platforms. - Strong knowledge of SEO techniques, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and Google AdWords. - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HTML/CSS/JavaScript is essential. - Experience with SQL databases for data analysis is preferred. - Demonstrated ability to develop creative graphic content for digital campaigns. - Familiarity with email marketing tools and strategies for customer engagement. - Ability to analyze data effectively to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
