What You'll Do Provide therapeutic massage treatments tailored to each client's needs and goals Conduct thorough client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with physiotherapists and other practitioners for integrated care Maintain accurate and timely client records and SOAP notes Educate clients on self-care techniques, stretches, and home exercises Uphold professional, ethical, and hygienic standards at all times Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinic culture Stay current with continuing education and professional development QUALIFICATIONS What We're Looking For Current registration in good standing with the applicable provincial RMT regulatory body Diploma or degree from an accredited massage therapy program Valid liability insurance (or willingness to obtain prior to start) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to client-centred, evidence-informed care Ability to work independently and as part of a team-oriented team Flexible availability, including some evenings or weekends (an asset) Ready to Join Us?
