Cleaner Needed For Poultry Factory Scarborough

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team at a busy poultry processing facility. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with health standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and facilities maintenance, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety. Shifts are After 6pm roughly 4 hour/day > 7 days/week Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all areas within the poultry factory, including production floors, and common spaces Use appropriate cleaning agents and tools to ensure sanitation standards are met or exceeded Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and contamination Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and tasks completed Assist with waste disposal and ensure proper handling of cleaning materials in accordance with safety guidelines Requirements Prior experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is preferred Solid attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a quick-paced setting Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 28.0 per week Advantages: On-site parking Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2p9l5u
