Machine Operator/General Labourer (Scarborough)

Overview Machine Operator – Manufacturing Location: Scarborough, ON Shift: Full-Time (Day, Afternoon & Night Shifts Available) We are currently hiring Machine Operators for a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Scarborough. We are looking for motivated, reliable, and experienced individuals who can thrive in a production-driven environment and consistently meet daily production targets. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment in a safe and efficient manner. - Ensure production targets and quality standards are met throughout the shift. - Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting as required. - Conduct quality inspections and report any defects or production issues. - Load materials, remove finished products, and package items as required. - Maintain accurate production records and follow work instructions. - Keep workstations clean and organized in accordance with safety standards. - Follow all health and safety policies and procedures. Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing or production environment. - Previous machine operating experience is strongly preferred. - Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. - Reliable transportation and flexibility to work assigned shifts. - Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
