Responsibilities - Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, text, and WhatsApp. - Schedule and confirm student appointments. - Follow up with prospective students regarding documents, applications, and enrollment status. - Maintain accurate student records and updates within the CRM. - Monitor follow-ups and ensure no student inquiries are missed. - Assist students throughout the admissions and enrollment process. - Coordinate with internal staff regarding student files and applications. - Communicate professionally with students, sub-agents, and educational institutions when required. - Support daily office operations and administrative tasks. - Escalate urgent issues to management when necessary. Qualifications - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple student files. - Attention to detail and professionalism. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience in admissions, education, administration, customer service, recruitment, or a related field is an asset.
