Responsibilities Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards Manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately Lead, motivate, and manage team members to deliver exceptional customer servic Assist with stocking, merchandising, and daily duties as needed Provide training and guidance to team members Address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction Support staff during busy periods to maintain efficiency Experience Proven supervising experience within the retail industry Experience with POS systems Demonstrated leadership skills in team management and staff development Knowledge of retail management operations including inventory control, cash handling, and customer service excellence Previous supervisor or management experience is required This role offers an engaging workplace for those passionate about retail and leadership.
