Front Desk Receptionist (Scarborough)

Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support. This role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities - Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel. - Manage the clinic's social media (e.g. marketing and posting before and after pictures of procedures) - Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations for clients. - Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date. - Assist with customer support inquiries. - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Experience - Needs to be able to speak either Mandarin OR Cantonese. - Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. - Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
