Junior Business Analyst (Scugog)

Adamson Systems Engineering manufactures products for the global market, based in Port Perry. Our distribution network extends to all parts of the globe. We source raw materials both domestically and internationally, and we employ both a local and remote workforce that represent the brand. The team driving the day-to-day operations of Adamson must be well-versed in the mechanics of running a global business. Come join the Adamson team and help us make an impact. We are looking for a Junior Analyst with SQL and Power BI experience to support data analysis, reporting, and business insights. Key Responsibilities • Write and maintain SQL queries to extract and analyze data. - Create and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards. - Support monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting. - Identify trends and variances to support business decisions. - Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science, etc.). - 1–2 years of experience in data analysis or reporting. - Strong SQL skills for data extraction. - Experience with Power BI dashboards and visualizations. - Proficiency in Excel. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and teamwork. Preferred • Experience with KPI reporting and data modeling. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
