Mobile Auto Detailer (Durham)

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and detailing vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and presentation. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for maintaining vehicles in pristine condition. Responsibilities - Clean and detail both the interior and exterior of vehicles using appropriate cleaning tools and products - Vacuum carpets, seats, and trunk areas; wash windows, wheels, and tires - Apply waxes, polishes, and protective coatings to enhance vehicle appearance - Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and report findings accordingly - Provide friendly and professional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and explaining detailing services - Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency during operations - Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment Skills - Proven experience in vehicle cleaning or detailing is preferred but not required; training will be provided - Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients - Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and techniques used in automotive detailing is a plus - Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and kneeling This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy working with vehicles, and are committed to providing outstanding service.
