- -Plant, fertilize, cultivate, spray, irrigate the compost crop. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment and clean up the work area when the work is accomplished.This job has a 3:00 AM start.- - -Rural location - must have own transportation. Must be physically fit. - -Must be able to bend, lift, twist, climb stairs. - -Must be able to lift 50 lbs. - -Ideal for new comers, No experience required, No education required. - Operate farm equipment and machinery to till soil, plant, cultivate and harvest crops, and load and unload crops or containers of materials - Perform equipment and machinery maintenance - Monitor equipment and machinery operations to detect malfunctions - Follow safety procedures - May perform minor repairs to farm equipment and machinery.
