-Plant, fertilize, cultivate, spray, irrigate the compost crop. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment and clean up the work area when the work is accomplished.This job has a 3:00 AM start.- -Rural location - must have own transportation. Must be physically fit. -Must be able to bend, lift, twist, climb stairs. -Must be able to lift 50 lbs. -Ideal for current comers, No experience required, No education required. Operate farm equipment and machinery to till soil, plant, cultivate and harvest crops, and load and unload crops or containers of materials Perform equipment and machinery maintenance Monitor equipment and machinery operations to detect malfunctions Follow safety procedures May perform minor repairs to farm equipment and machinery.
