Candidates will gain knowledge in personal care, household management, and valuable communication skills. This program is meant to develop the next generation of Personal Support Workers.

Key Responsibilities:• Engage in five weeks of paid training at $19.05/hr • Transition into part-time community roles post-training • Participate in virtual and in-person skills development • Provide effective personal care and general support • Recognize and handle safety concerns smoothly

Requirements:• Valid G or G2 license and reliable automobile • First Aid and CPR certification required on starting date • Updated immunization records and negative TB test • Clear police check prior to job offer • Ability to travel for patient care
