For more information about our company, visit We are looking for competent, physically strong and hardworking Construction Workers - to work on buildings, roads, and other construction projects and help bring the plans of architects and engineers to life as complete, solid structures. Experience with equipment on relevant projects is essential. The incumbents must also be able and willing to adapt to seasons’ duties and changing weather conditions. Duties and Responsibilities - Perform general construction and finishing work including tile setting, drywall installation, mudding and taping, carpentry, metal framing, lamination, and general site preparation. - Measure, cut, and install materials in accordance with drawings, specifications, and project requirements. - Prepare interior work areas by setting up materials, tools, and protective coverings to support efficient and safe work practices. - Safely operate and maintain hand and power tools in compliance with company procedures and workplace safety standards. - Lift, carry, and handle construction materials weighing up to 50 lbs as required in the normal course of duties. - Maintain clean, organized, and secure work areas by removing debris and discarded materials on an ongoing basis. - Work collaboratively with supervisors, and team members to complete assigned tasks safely, efficiently, and within scheduled timelines. - Perform assigned duties in varying environmental conditions and adapt to changing work requirements while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards. Qualifications and Skills - Minimum 5 years of construction experience, preferably in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure settings, with an emphasis on interior construction work. - Demonstrated experience in carpentry, metal framing, drywall installation, mudding, taping, tile setting, and related interior construction tasks. - Experience with lamination is required; experience with flashing and siding is considered an asset. - Ability to safely perform physically demanding tasks, including repetitive movements and material handling, using appropriate tools and equipment. - Strong hand‑eye coordination, balance, and ability to stand or move for extended periods during the workday. - Proven ability to follow instructions, work effectively as part of a team, adhere to workplace safety policies, and maintain attention to detail.
