Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving guests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your expertise in the food and beverage industry will contribute to an enjoyable dining experience for our patrons. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Operate the POS system, for processing orders and transactions efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and handling standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking food and drink orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining quality standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math skills for processing payments. Uphold hospitality standards by creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all guests. Requirements Previous restaurant experience is required, particularly in bartending or food service roles. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests. Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and order processing. Familiarity with POS systems, is a plus but not mandatory. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing an outstanding guest experience.
