Job Summary As a Customer Service Crew Member at Barburrito, you’ll be the face of the brand—delivering quick, friendly, and high-quality service while preparing fresh food to company standards. You’ll work as part of a team to create a welcoming environment and ensure every customer has a great experience. Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately Prepare food and drinks following Barburrito recipes and hygiene standards Deliver quick, friendly, and efficient service during busy periods Handle cash and card transactions responsibly Maintain cleanliness of the front and back of house, including counters, equipment, and seating areas Restock ingredients and supplies as needed Follow health & safety and food safety regulations at all times Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets Resolve basic customer queries or complaints politely and professionally Skills & Requirements Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills Passion for customer service and food Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace Team player with a strong work ethic Willingness to learn and follow procedures Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous customer service or food service experience is an advantage, but not required (training provided) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.20-$19.94 per hour Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ok4xz
