What You’ll Do - Provide exceptional, personalized styling experiences by understanding each customer’s needs - Demonstrate strong wardrobing skills and stay current on product knowledge, new arrivals, and in-store merchandising - Build and maintain meaningful customer relationships (this is core to our brand) - Accurately and efficiently execute all Point of Sale (POS) procedures - Maintain a visually inspiring store environment through merchandising, replenishment, and housekeeping - Resolve customer concerns in a positive, professional, and timely manner What You Bring - Previous apparel retail experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - A natural ability to connect with customers and build lasting relationships - Confidence, positivity, and a team-first mindset - Understanding of retail operations including cash handling, merchandising, and store standards Availability & Details - Must be available weekdays and weekends - Typical hours: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM (may vary during peak periods) - Permanent part-time position (2–3 days per week) - This is not a seasonal role **This is not a seasonal position, applicants must be available for permanent part time.
