Landscape Equipment Operator – Full Time, Year Round Established landscape company is seeking an experienced Landscape Equipment Operator to join our growing team. Responsibilities & Expectations - Operate payloaders, tractor loaders, and 2–10 tonne excavators safely and efficiently - Perform grading, trenching, excavation, site preparation, and material handling - Read and follow site plans, grades, and instructions accurately - Assist with all aspects of landscaping projects when required - Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform daily equipment inspections - Identify maintenance or safety concerns promptly - Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality workmanship - Follow all company safety procedures and job site regulations - Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to work each day - Maintain a skilled attitude with coworkers, clients, and subcontractors - Ability to work long hours during peak season when necessary - Must be physically capable of outdoor work in varying weather conditions Requirements - Must have experience operating heavy landscape equipment - Proven landscaping experience is absolutely essential - Valid driver’s license with clean abstract preferred - Ability to transport yourself to various job sites - Strong understanding of grading and excavation practices - Attention to detail and pride in finished product - Dependable, motivated, and career-oriented What We Offer - Full-time, year-round employment - Competitive wages based on experience - Stable workload with established company - Professional team environment - Opportunity for advancement and long-term career growth Candidates with equipment operating experience but without landscaping experience will not be considered.
