Job Description We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Temporary Set-Up Associate to support store merchandising, fixture assembly, and project preparation activities. This role involves organizing merchandise, setting up displays, maintaining store presentation standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. What Walmart Has to Offer - Competitive compensation and benefits - Supportive team culture and career growth opportunities - Training and employee discounts Key Duties & Responsibilities - A Temporary Setup Associate is typically an Associate who has transferred from another store or department to assist with the establishment of a special Store Layout. - The job is highly physical - a key component of the job involves moving modular/fixtures may need to be moved about the store. - The job is highly variable - many different projects require forms of setup. - Duties are of a general nature and are assigned by the ASM. - Duties are not typically customer facing. - Duties do not require the handling of cash, narcotics, or other highly sensitive product. Qualifications - Retail, warehouse, or merchandising experience is an asset (training provided) - Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work overnight shifts - Strong organizational and teamwork skills - Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting - Flexible to work nights, weekends, and temporary project schedules Pay: From $17.75 per hour Application question(s): - Are you available to work days, afternoons, evenings, overnights, weekends?
