In this regular part-time position, the Occupational Therapist will assess patients and develop targeted treatment plans aimed at optimizing their return to function. Your effective communication and problem-solving skills will facilitate participation in team conferences and support patient care outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:• Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team environment • Participate in regular team meetings and conferences • Maintain confidentiality while exercising initiative • Provide other related duties as assigned

Requirements:• Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario • MSc. in Occupational Therapy or equivalent • Previous experience in inpatient rehabilitation preferred • Certified in the Montreal Cognitive Assessment • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
