This independent contractor role allows you to manage a hybrid caseload while delivering community-based therapy services. You will assess adult clients, develop personalized intervention plans, and work collaboratively with caregivers to enhance client outcomes. Key Responsibilities:• Provide community-based OT services in clients' homes • Conduct assessments using standardized and informal techniques • Develop evidence-based intervention plans collaboratively • Supervise and monitor therapy assistants as needed • Complete documentation in line with COTO standards

Requirements:• Active registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills • Experience in community practice preferred, but new grads welcome • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and clinical software
