Ultrasound Technologist - Fulltime (Port Perry)

WELL Health Diagnostic Centres is looking for a skilled and certified Ultrasound Technologist who will perform all types of general ultrasound examinations on various ultrasound equipment (MSK, ABDOMEN, PELVIC, BREAST, THYROID). The position is available for full time, part time, or casual work. Responsibilities

Ensure accurate patient identification, safety, and preparation before a scan while maintaining confidentiality. Greet patients, explain the forthcoming test, position them, and prepare them for examination. Observe patients during diagnostic procedures, noting any symptoms or changes in vital signs and summoning medical aid when necessary.Perform all required quality control assessments and comply with related policies, health‑and‑safety legislation, and best practices. Maintain equipment in accordance with departmental standards, ensuring efficient and effective operation. Prepare and organize reports as required. Carry out other duties as assigned.Qualifications, Experience&Requirements

0–2 years of related experience. Certified as a CMRTO Ultrasound Technologist. Current CPR certificate. Experience with vascular, MSK, and OB procedures is an asset. Ability to perform all types of ultrasound procedures on various ultrasound equipment. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and training. Effective decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities. Capacity to work independently and as part of a team. Personal Qualities
