Key Responsibilities:• Assist residents with ambulation, feeding, and grooming • Encourage and assist in activity program participation • Deliver meals and nourishment to residents • Provide emotional support to residents and families • Adhere to quality assurance and safety protocols

Requirements:• Completed a recognized PSW Program (600 hours) • Previous experience in long-term care preferred • Understanding of care planning and documentation • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
