Requirements: - Current registration in good standing with the CNO (College of Nurses of Ontario) - Valid Vulnerable Sector Check (required or in progress) - Valid TB Test - Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills - Ability to work independently in home/community settings - Qualified, reliable, and punctual - Strong communication and critical thinking skills Experience (preferred): - Home care or community nursing experience - Hospital or long-term care experience - Experience with medically complex patients (e.g. chronic care, wound care, dialysis support an asset) Assets: - Reliable Vehicle - Experience in community nursing or delegated medical procedures Schedule: Flexible shifts based on client needs Compensation: Competitive per-visit rate (based on assignment type and clinical complexity) How to Apply: All applicants must complete the application form to be considered.
