Expert Directional Driller– Port Perry, East Durham Regional Municipality (Orono)

Become part of Brass Inc. as an Expert Directional Driller in Port Perry, Ontario. This role requires advanced skills in directional drilling, ensuring projects meet high standards of quality and efficiency.

The Directional Driller will oversee the planning, execution, and management of drilling jobs while reporting to the Operations Manager. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for navigating challenges in fast-paced outdoor settings. You will operate a Vermeer drilling machine and ensure that all safety protocols and operational guidelines are followed.

Key Responsibilities:• Plan and manage directional drilling operations • Inspect and prepare equipment thoroughly • Provide guidance and support to team members • Interpret site markings and guide the crew effectively • Maintain productivity under varying weather conditions

Requirements:• Completion of a Resource Drilling Program is an asset • Valid AZ or minimum ARZ driver’s license • Proficient in technical drawings and blueprints • Fit and able to lift 23 kg (50 lbs.) • Experience in hydro utility construction is advantageous
