SAP Implementation Consultant (Sept-Iles)

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP Implementation Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Fieldglass to support end-to-end implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to configure and deploy SAP Fieldglass solutions that support contingent workforce and services procurement processes. This role requires hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass configuration, business process design, testing, integration, and post-go-live support. The consultant should possess strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams in a remote delivery environment. Key Responsibilities - Support end-to-end SAP Fieldglass implementation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and support. - Configure SAP Fieldglass modules, including: - Contingent Workforce - Statement of Work (SOW) - Related procurement and vendor management functionalities - Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to design workflows, business processes, and system solutions. - Assist with data migration, system integration, testing, and validation activities. - Support SIT/UAT cycles and coordinate issue resolution activities. - Deliver user training sessions and create supporting documentation. - Troubleshoot production and post-go-live issues and provide ongoing support. - Collaborate with SAP teams, third-party vendors, and internal business/IT teams. - Support integrations with ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Oracle, or related systems. Required Skills & Experience - Hands-on experience implementing or supporting SAP Fieldglass solutions. - Strong understanding of procurement, contingent workforce, and vendor management processes. - Experience configuring SAP Fieldglass modules and workflows. - Solid stakeholder communication and client-facing skills. - Experience with system testing, defect resolution, and deployment support. - Knowledge of integrations between SAP Fieldglass and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP Ariba integration. - Prior experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS). Preferred Qualifications - SAP Fieldglass certification preferred. - Experience working in large enterprise implementation environments. - Familiarity with remote project delivery models and cross-functional collaboration.
