About the Opportunity Worker type: Student. Job Post End Date: 05/22/2026. Start Date: September2026. Location: St. John’s. Length of Term: 4 months. Responsibilities Support safe and reliable operations of the offshore production facility. Review daily production and equipment performance. Support production optimization and environmental stewardship efforts. Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on plans. Work as a member of the team to troubleshoot operational issues. Support development and deployment of current technologies. Support flow assurance investigations. Qualifications Legally authorized to work in Canada full‑time for the duration of the work term and able to produce documentation upon application (e.g., work visa). Available to begin work in September2026. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a high attention to detail. Critical thinker who can work independently with limited supervision in a fast‑paced, high‑performing team environment. Flexible and able to prioritize amid changing work demands. Innovative with a strong desire to learn and encourage new ways of approaching problems, processes or solutions. Good team player who works well with others. Education Must be enrolled in a Process or Mechanical Engineering Undergraduate Program at an accredited post‑secondary institution at the time of the intended work term and return to full‑time studies after the term, or registered in an accredited post‑secondary co‑op or internship program for the duration of the work term. Candidates currently enrolled in a Master’s or Ph.D. program at an accredited post‑secondary institution may also be considered. New graduates are not eligible for student opportunities.
