Key Responsibilities:• Lead design and development of Appian enterprise applications • Provide guidance across the full software development lifecycle • Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams • Optimize Appian interfaces, business rules, and integrations • Mentor junior developers and conduct codereviews

Requirements:• 8+ years of IT experience in Appian BPM development • Proven leadership experience as an Appian Tech Lead • Strong technical skills in integrations and enterprise systems • Knowledge of SQL and REST/SOAP • Excellent communication and analytical abilities
