Universal Call Center Rep We are looking for sales representatives who are trained to excel in selling and to handle a wide range of customer service inquiries. They possess exceptional soft skills, including empathy and a strong desire to please customers, making them highly effective in providing both sales support and customer care. Compensation Earn $21.50 CAD per hour (Fees apply: $2.00 per hour Marketplace Licensing Fee and $1.00 LiveXchange Service Fee). Schedule Work a minimum of 20 hours per week. You can work more hours if you would like to. Set your own flexible schedule between Monday‑Friday: 7:30 am–11 pm EST (Peak: 9 am–4 pm EST); Saturday: 7:30 am–8 pm EST (Peak 7:30–8 pm); Sunday: 9 am–8 pm EST (Peak 11 am–3 pm). Gig Responsibilities Assist customers in understanding The Junkluggers service and schedule. Handle customer interactions through various channels, including phone, email, text message and others. Provide comprehensive customer assistance: address a broad spectrum of customer needs, from booking an appointment to general inquiries. Communicate directly with customers regarding current and future service requests, which includes but is not limited to scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments. Quickly evaluate customer needs and provide efficient and effective options, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Experience & Skills Requirements At least 1 year of sales experience (required). Strong verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling (required).
