Description
Become a key player with your expertise as a Senior Engineer specializing in Guidewire ClaimCenter on a 6-month contract. Work 2 days onsite per week while collaborating with a agile team across Canada. This role requires hands-on experience in Guidewire application development, focusing on the ClaimCenter. As the technical lead, you’ll design complex features and ensure high-quality delivery through rigorous testing. You'll work closely with stakeholders and mentor junior developers, contributing to a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead design and development of application features - Collaborate with analysts to create technical designs - Own the software development lifecycle from start to finish - Conduct peer code reviews while coaching junior members - Develop and manage software configurations across systems Requirements: - Minimum 5 years Guidewire ClaimCenter experience - Guidewire Cloud (Mammoth) experience preferred - Skills in GOSU and database management - Familiarity with Git, Jira, and Confluence - Post-secondary degree in Software Development Leverage your skills in software engineering and team leadership in a pivotal role delivering quality solutions.
