We are looking for a Financial Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will manage and grow relationships for the Aligned Capital Partners network. Working in a collaborative environment, you will use your investment knowledge and industry expertise to help clients achieve their financial goals, focusing on building long‑term relationships and increasing assets under management through organic sales growth and referrals. What You Will Do Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients through phone, email, and both virtual and in‑person meetings. Drive new business by consolidating assets and generating referrals from clients and advisors within your territory. Establish regular savings and investment programs, helping clients identify their goals and financial planning needs, which will be reviewed and updated regularly. Provide investment recommendations and promote the benefits of managed money solutions to clients and prospects. Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and industry requirements. Address client concerns promptly, providing timely updates and following up on research as needed. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team. What You Will Bring A minimum of 5 years of sales and client service experience in the investment industry. Securities Licence. CFP, PFP, CIM, or another recognized professional planning designation considered an asset. Insurance registration, or the ability to obtain an insurance license, is an asset. Strong knowledge of financial markets and a solid understanding of mutual funds, stocks, ETFs and other financial instruments. Excellent client service skills and experience in a sales‑focused role. Experience with financial planning software and delivering financial plans is an asset. In‑depth knowledge of relevant securities legislation and SRO rules and regulations. Exceptional communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation. Detail‑oriented, qualified, analytical, with a positive attitude and genuine commitment to client service. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000, plus participation in a bonus program. Salary may vary based on experience, skills, education, and geographic location.
