Job Details Location: 100 Conception Bay Highway Spaniard's Bay , NL A0A 3X0 Salary: 21.00 to 30.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 80 hours bi-weekly Terms of employment: Permanent full time Work must be completed at the physical location. No remote option. Responsibilities Plan, set up and administer accounting systems Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, procedures and internal controls Prepare financial information for individuals, departments or companies Prepare reports and audit findings Prepare financial statements and reports Develop and maintain cost findings, reporting and internal control procedures Prepare income tax returns from accounting records Analyze financial documents and reports Examine accounting records Provide financial, business and tax advice Prepare trial balance Prepare journal entries Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing and record systems Prepare reports Experience and Specialization Computer and Technology Knowledge ACCPAC Simply Accounting QuickBooks Caseware/Caseview MS Excel MS Windows Sage Accounting Software Spreadsheet MS Word Bookkeeping and Accounting Manual Personal Suitability Accurate Client focus Efficient interpersonal skills Flexibility Initiative Judgement Organized Reliability Team player Ability to multitask Who can apply for this job?
