Job Title Customer Service Representative (Delivery Driver) Reports To Account Manager Direct Reports N/A About the Role We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Rep to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering products (via supplied cargo van) to client locations, cultivating strong client relationships, and servicing equipment (training will be provided). While technical skills are an advantage, they are not mandatory. Responsibilities Deliver products to client locations safely, efficiently, and in accordance with scheduled timelines Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a reliable and professional representative of the company Service, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure confidence and competence Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach Complete required documentation, including service reports and basic administrative paperwork, in an accurate and timely manner Qualifications Valid driver’s license (required) Comfortable operating a full-size cargo van Strong command of the English language Excellent communication and customer service abilities Mechanical or technical aptitude is considered an asset Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable, qualified, and self-motivated work ethic Benefits Competitive Salary based on experience Training will be provided to set you up for success Join a friendly and supportive team culture, experience a cooperative environment where your contributions matter Learning opportunities and building new skills within the company Health & Wellness Support: Access to wellness resources and programs Dental care Disability insurance Extended health care Life insurance Vision care Physical Requirements Strength Guidelines: May need to lift boxes and other office items up to 50 pounds.
