What your day-to-day will look like Here, HR is hands‑on, people‑focused, and close to the field:

Be present on the floor, listening to employees and managers

Support managers with their day‑to‑day challenges

Help create an engaging work environment (activities, recognition, initiatives)

Advise on employee relations and contribute to preventing issues

Manage disability cases and support affected employees

Actively participate in committees (Health&Safety, employee engagement, etc.)

Collaborate with the corporate team on various HR projects

Contribute to recruitment and onboarding of new talent
