with us means playing a key role at the heart of manufacturing operations by ensuring the optimal supply of raw materials required for production, while balancing cost, quality, and delivery timelines. This position offers a strategic opportunity for a recent university graduate to launch a career in supply chain within a structured and ambitious manufacturing environment, with the aim of advancing into management roles.
Daily Responsibilities On a daily basis, you will:
Manage your supplier portfolio and ensure the supply of production lines according to MRP and specific requirements;
Purchase raw materials while respecting established suppliers, operational constraints, and cost objectives;
Follow up on orders to ensure the right product, at the right time, and in the right quantity;
Perform cost analysis and quantity optimization;
Review and approve disputed invoices;
Manage returns of defective products with suppliers;
Coordinate transportation and customs related to purchases in compliance with Incoterms;
Actively manage supplier accounts: meetings, risk analysis, and performance monitoring;
Conduct structured negotiations of contracts, price indexation, logistics and quality clauses, as well as safety stock agreements;
Meet with suppliers and monitor their performance;
Develop and maintain long‑term collaborative relationships with suppliers;
Identify and qualify new suppliers;
Plan requirements, place orders, and follow up with subcontractors;
Work closely with internal teams, particularly planning and operations;
Perform statistical analyses, produce reports, and track performance indicators;
Maintain the ERP system up to date and ensure data quality;
Participate in continuous improvement and cost‑optimization projects;
Contribute to automation initiatives;
Optimize spare parts inventory turnover.
In addition to operational responsibilities, the selected candidate will be entrusted with a major structuring project: implementing and optimizing the Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) process, including mapping current processes, identifying improvement opportunities, standardizing practices, ensuring cross‑functional alignment, and implementing performance indicators.
Profile You are the person we are looking for if you have:
A Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), a certificate in Operations Management, or a college diploma (DEC) in Supply Management, combined with experience considered equivalent;
Recent graduates with no experience who demonstrate strong analytical potential, a structured mindset, and a willingness to learn;
Approximately 1 to 3 years of relevant purchasing experience;
Excellent proficiency in the MS Office suite, particularly Excel;
Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written;
Knowledge of ISO standards;
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills;
The ability to effectively manage priorities and deadlines;
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
High autonomy and sound judgment;
A proactive, solution‑oriented approach;
The ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders;
A strong interest in continuous improvement, process transformation, and growth toward management roles.
