Key Responsibilities:• Inspire and maintain high employee engagement • Deliver results through effective sales management routines • Partner with management for branch operational success • Coach on client problem resolution at first contact • Build relationships for business objectives
Requirements:• Minimum of 2 years in a people management role • Proven success in business growth and client relationships • 2 years licensed mutual fund sales experience • Required: Mutual Funds certification (IFIC or CSC) • Bilingual in English and French is mandatory
