Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Director of Programs and Customer Service, the Customer Relations Representative will be responsible for the following: Greeting customers and visitors in a skilled and friendly manner; Following up with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction. Identify the needs of current clients and identify business opportunities to maintain and/or build relationships of trust; Monitor the bid process to ensure responses are provided within the prescribed deadlines; Review contracts to ensure that client requests align with contractual agreements; Represent the employer and maintain a consistent presence with clients; Maintain up-to-date dashboards and provide administrative follow-ups to management and relevant departments. Requirements DEC in administration or related fields. 0 to 2 years of experience in administration, account management, or any applicable experience.
