Senior Full Stack Developer - Agility Forex (Sherbrooke)

Who You Are You are an experienced and highly motivated software developer with a strong background in application design and development. You value quality, performance, security, scalability, and maintainability, and take pride in delivering reliable and efficient solutions. You enjoy solving complex technical challenges, contributing to impactful projects, and seeing your work directly support business operations and client experience. We are seeking a skilled senior developer with hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and web-based application development, along with a strong understanding of AWS cloud technologies and cloud-integrated solutions. What We’re Looking For Required Experience - Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 7–10+ years of experience working within a Microsoft-based enterprise development environment. - 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud technologies, with AWS experience strongly preferred. - Demonstrated experience with cloud-based application integration, deployment, and development. - Strong proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming principles. - Solid experience developing applications using ASP.NET, particularly MVC architecture. - Strong working knowledge of SQL Server, including database design, development, and optimization. - Experience with or exposure to .NET Core is considered a robust asset. - Experience with Entity Framework, REST/web services, JavaScript, and jQuery is considered an asset. - Knowledge of unit testing frameworks and Test Driven Development (TDD) methodologies is highly desirable. - Experience working within Agile development environments using source control and collaboration tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
