Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-in Elderly Caregiver to provide comprehensive in-home care for seniors. The ideal candidate will support daily living activities, ensure safety, and promote well-being in a respectful and nurturing setting. Duties Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Administer medications accurately according to prescribed schedules Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and preferences Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing living spaces Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to family members or healthcare professionals Support with mobility and transfer assistance, including heavy lifting when necessary Engage residents in recreational activities and social interactions to enhance quality of life Maintain a protected and clean workplace aligned with health standards and safety protocols Skills Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home, or home care settings preferred Strong knowledge of senior care, dementia care, hospice care, and working with individuals with disabilities Excellent caregiving skills with patience, empathy, and respect for elderly individuals Ability to handle medication administration accurately and safely Competence in meal preparation tailored to specific dietary restrictions or needs Physical ability for heavy lifting and assisting with mobility tasks Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with family members and healthcare providers Ability to perform light cleaning duties maintaining hygiene standards Flexibility to work as a live-in caregiver providing continuous support in a home environment This position is ideal for caring professionals committed to enhancing the quality of life for seniors through compassionate caregiving.
