This position empowers you to build lasting connections within the dealer network and represent BRP's quality commitment.
Key Responsibilities:• Deliver expert advice on technical and mechanical diagnostics • Support departments with technical inquiries and solutions • Coach dealers on best practices related to service delivery • Strengthen relationships through proactive dealer network engagement • Highlight and escalate emerging trends impacting service
Requirements:• Basic technical qualification in powersport or automotive tech • At least 2 years in a powersport dealership environment • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills • Familiarity with electronic diagrams and parts catalogs • Bilingual capabilities in English and French
